Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password. For doctors, we also collect practice details such as specialty, credentials, practice address and contact information.

Booking details: the doctor, service, date and time you book, the price, and any notes you choose to add for the doctor.

Payment details: when you pay online, your card is entered directly on Stripe's secure payment page. RobinHealth receives only a payment reference and status, never your full card number.

Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and request times) used to keep the site secure and prevent abuse. If you allow it, your browser's location is used only to find doctors near you and is not stored.

How we use it

To run the service: creating your account, making and managing bookings, sending booking confirmations, cancellations and password-reset emails, processing payments and refunds, and verifying doctors' listings.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

The doctor you book sees your name, email, appointment details and any notes you add.

Service providers that help us run RobinHealth: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Google (address lookup and maps, and email delivery). They may process data only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and booking history while your account is open, and as long as needed afterwards for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Password-reset links expire after one hour and are deleted once used.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing dawoodc@robinhealth.co. Some records, such as payment history, may need to be kept for legal reasons.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to personal information is limited to what each user and doctor needs. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
