About RobinHealth

RobinHealth is an online marketplace that helps patients find independent doctors and practices in New Jersey, see their prices and availability, and book appointments. By creating an account or booking through RobinHealth, you agree to these terms.

RobinHealth is not a healthcare provider and does not give medical advice. Doctors listed on RobinHealth are independent professionals who are solely responsible for the care they provide. RobinHealth is not for emergencies: if you need urgent help, call 911.

Accounts

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service.

Booking and payment

When you book, you reserve a time slot with the doctor for the listed service and price, and you pay RobinHealth online. RobinHealth collects the payment on the doctor's behalf and pays the doctor their share after the visit. Payments are processed by Stripe; RobinHealth never sees or stores your full card details.

For doctors and practices

Practices must provide accurate information about their credentials, location, services, prices and availability, and must hold all licences required to practise in New Jersey. Listings appear only after RobinHealth approves them, and we may remove a listing at any time.

Listing is free. Patients pay RobinHealth when they book. After each visit (when the practice marks it completed, or automatically about a day after the appointment), RobinHealth pays the practice the price minus a platform fee (a percentage shown in the doctor portal) and card processing costs, through Stripe. To receive payouts, practices must complete Stripe's verification and agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement; earnings are held until they do.

If a practice cancels a paid appointment, the patient is refunded in full.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse RobinHealth. That includes making fake bookings, giving false information, interfering with the site's security or operation, or using it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

RobinHealth is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, RobinHealth is not liable for the medical care provided by doctors, for a doctor's failure to attend an appointment, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid through RobinHealth for that booking.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use RobinHealth after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
